At Foster Property Group, LLC, we believe everyone deserves a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We provide furnished temporary housing and private-room accommodations on a week-to-week basis for individuals who need flexibility while working, relocating, transitioning between homes, attending school or training, or simply getting established.
Our goal is to provide more than just a room. We want our guests to have a comfortable space where they can settle in and feel at home.
Our home includes three furnished upstairs bedrooms that share one full bathroom, along with two furnished bedrooms downstairs. Each room is prepared with many of the everyday necessities needed for a comfortable stay, including a queen-size bed and mattress, nightstands, television and remotes, closet space, mirror, seating, tray table, wastebasket, and additional room furnishings.
Guests also have access to designated shared living spaces and the backyard.
All rentals are provided under a written rental agreement/lease, and a security deposit is required. Weekly rates allow our guests greater flexibility without requiring a traditional long-term commitment.
